"This is an older property, the third floor bedrooms were chilly and generated a lot of condensation which was uncomfortable to sleep in. Generally the rooms just need updating but the communal areas are well looked after and much warmer. "

"Well placed only a 10 minute walk from the beach. Needs some TLC and a good clean up around the outside of the building and grounds, there is no excuse to leave rubbish and litter lying around especially in the areas customers walk past, it gave the wrong impression. However once inside all is fine. Lovely breakfast. "
