"Was a great location with a shuttle bus into town .The staff were very friendly,the breakfast was the best selection of goods I have ever seen .Catering for all nationalities. The evening buffet was a great food choice and v good value for money ,includes wine ! "We had the pleasure of spending 3 nights with Sylvia in her wonderful hotel. Sylvia welcomed us on arrival and gave us lots of information on Pinzolo and the area to allow us to make plans for our 3 day visit. We were given complimentary bus passes to be used in the area which made travel easy. Also Sylvia recommended some great restaurants for suppers. The daily breakfast buffet was filling and varied with fresh produce and great coffee. We left feeling like we were members of Sylvia's family....

"I enjoyed my stay here. The manager who I believe is the owner was very kind and hospitable. The location is perfect with plenty of on street parking. The hotel is very clean and I felt comfortable. I do t believe in the area you will find any better. This is top of the line for the area although may night be top of the line for American standards. I am very grateful for the service and hospitality I received at this very nice hotel "

"This is a very dated property. The trees are over grown. The lobby is dingy and feels very out of date. The flower boxes were all unwatered and dead. The breakfast service was quite limited and focused on doughnuts. The room had out of date linens and had electrical outlets falling off the wall. Unless you are desparate, there ar probably better places to stay like the Hotel Canada on the opposite side of town. "

"The weather is great, sunny all the time. free bikes so you can quickly get to the center. bicycle paths everywhere. room for 4 people is cramped and small. the fourth bed opens from the wall. between the beds with 30 cm of free space to go to the balcony. capsule coffee machine, unfortunately not refilled every day, so we drank a cup of coffee in one day. the rooms were clean, cleaned every day and towels were changed every day. large canteen, always free tables. the food was varied, a lot, but...
