"Nicest hotel I’ve stayed at during my trip in Italy. Modern and clean!! Delicious breakfast with fresh orange juice. Parking is free. Very short walk to the main town centre (just around the corner) to cute restaurants bars and shops! "I did not understand when I made the reservation that this is a traditional condo divided into 2 bedroom set ups for rentals. One master ensuite, and 2 bedrooms that use the bathroom in the hallway, which can be awkward. The living room area is shared, as is the kitchen, but guests are not allowed to use the kitchen. "We were one of the first guests in the Residenza Alto Garda so everything was brand new and very nicely furnished. The apartments are spacious, modern and clean. Location is few minutes walking from the beach and few steps away from the Riva promenade/historic center. There is parking just outside the building. There are also other extras as bike storage, ping pong table, game room, outside chill-out terrace etc. Definetely one of the nicest places we've been to recently. "
