"Staff not friendly at all"

"The entry area of the property is beautiful. The staff is helpful and gracious. The parking is very limited and the driveway area to load and unload is very tight. The rooms are clean, but small. The bathroom has what is needed and is clean, but small and tight. The area surrounding the hotel has great options for food and shopping. The hotel is close to the beach and the area is very walkable."

The queen size bed was very close to the twin bed so not much walking room but the bed was very comfortable. Wish we had asked for blankets as the sheets were not warm enough for the chilly nights. "We arrived at the hotel a day late due to a flight cancellation and the front desk staff could not have been more warm and welcoming after what became nearly a 48 hour journey for my sister and me. They actually upgraded us to a sea view room at their newly renovated sister hotel which is right next door. MH Hotel Varazze.
