"Very hospitable staff, especially Robert on the front desk. Very easy to find, very good parking and the hotels overall look is quite a nice one. My sea view room was like being in a bedroom of your very own and it was nice warm and cosy with the sound of the sea at the window. "I always try to stay at this hotel when in Yarmouth and it has always been a good experience. However, this time there was no restaurant or bar as everything was closed. "

"Lovely riverside location. Breakfast options very good and service. Dinner menu options okay and service slow when busy. Had to go and find waitress to give our main dinner options. Room was lovely and very comfortable. All hotel areas were well kept and clean Staff very friendly. We were not told in advance of our stay that there was a disco on the Saturday night. We usually sleep well but the noise was unbearable. It was underneath us and spoilt what was supposed to be a relaxing weekend. "

"Outstanding place. Very rustic, delicious food, great sevice and immaculate accommodation. The only downside is the noise of the traffic when you are staying in the roof rooms as there is little sound insulation. Take earplugs and you will sleep soundly!"

"My colleagues who stayed there were appalled at the state of this place . The room was filthy and look at the state of the shower screen - covered in Algae . The pictures on Hotels.com look good but probably taken about 10 years ago when the place was last cleaned . The boys were given another room but it was just as bad so they checked out without staying there at all. "

"This modern motel exceeded my expectations with it's stylish design and welcoming atmosphere. The ambiance is relaxing and well thought out, making it a great place to unwind. The staff are truly exceptional. They were friendly, attentive and great conversationalists. I would highly recommended this motel for its comfort, convenience and its warm inviting vibe.."

"I didn’t catch her name but the young lady who is assistant manager… what a job she does! She looked after reception, was the main waitress, also serving behind the bar. And no one was left waiting whatsoever and all on a night that the hotel was fully booked. Tremendous job! "

Great Hotel

"Had a lovely stay in a superior room. Every thing was very clean, in the room and the hotel bar/lounge. The room it's self was huge, we had a jacuzzi bath and a four poster bed. The bed was lovely and comfortable. All the staff were very attentive and chatty. I would highly recommend anyone in the area to give this hotel a go. The rooms are exceptional value compared to others in the area of the same price."
