"The staff were really friendly and very helpful. Everyone was so welcoming to us and my dog. The room was spacious and warm. The bar was funny, playing Coronation Street on the big TV on Friday night was an unexpected vibe! The pool, sauna and steam room were lovely and warm, clean and inviting. However the changing rooms could do with an update! And no coffee machine working for morning coffees or espresso martinis was gutting! Downsides of the property were based on the room, we had a standard double. Upon arrival the room was cold with heating off.... why when we were booked in for 2 nights? Due to room not being heated to continual heat level There was mould in the bedroom and bathroom- if the heating was kept on or even small...
