"Newly refurbished, still a few problems. Light on desk not working, no mirror for ladies to see when drying hair but told they were arriving that day. Difficult working the shower. Had to call for assistance so need instructions on the door of how’s to turn on and off and direct to overhead or hand held. Otherwise very satisfied with the hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. A delicious breakfast. We have stayed there before and would so so again."

"Jamie and the team are always so kind and generous when I stay. Nothing is too much trouble, and they go the extra mile to ensure everything is taken care of. The rooms are generous in size, with a cosy feel to them, the food is excellent and the ambience couldn't be nicer. "

"Where you park its a bit of a walk to the hotel. Street was dirty and sidewalk had lots of flytipped goods. The room was lovely but a bit noisy and warm. I was quite disappointed that there was no lift as i had to take my suitecase up 3 flights of stairs."

"Cleanliness was superb and we liked the extra thoughtfulness with bottled water and biscuits. Traffic was noisy throughout the night due to being on main road but probably more noticeable to us as we live in a quiet area at home. There is an Indian restaurant in the hotel which we took advantage of and the food was lovely. "
