"The hotel is situated on a one way road into the main town which is wonderful to walk in a few mins. However it’s also super noisy through the night with cars and people walking past. Public parking is right outside hotel. It was free at this time of year, but very very busy. But you can book a separate car parking with hotel. "This was not our 1st time here, Hotel location for access to town centre is perfect, car parking is plentiful and its worth using the underground parking if you want to keep your vehicle cool, staff are brilliant always."

"The location is a plus near to the lift to the town and the castle. The pool was an added bonus. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is a little dated but functional and they allow dogs. "

"Beautiful hotel with a gorgeous view. Great location for touring the stunning villages of the Dordogne. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was very helpful. I have already recommended this property to another couple."

"Great location, lovely pool! The rooms are spacious. It would. We didn't know until we left that there were some breakfast products available in the building next to the pool. Also, there wasn't any info on the gym. A bit more comprehensive info in English (probably other languages too) would really help. Also, check in time of 5pm is really late, and check out of 10 is too early. I appreciate they need to clean a whole apartment, but its difficult to work with those times."

"Lovely quiet location looking over the valley. Unfortunately, it was very wet so we weren’t able to enjoy sitting outside on the terrace which looked a wonderful space. Very crazy to drive down into Sarlat."

"A lovely provincial hotel in Sarlat & we enjoyed the breakfast. Very pleasant hosts & their dog Mario was a treat. Our only issue was that they said they had a problem with Wotif/Expedia passing on our payment & as we had to pay again on check out, & now are in negotiations with Wotif to get our money back. We have to wait 3 days so we do not yet know how easy Wotif is going to make the resolution to a problem of their making. Hopefully it will be ok "
