"The staff were excellent. Restaurant was great. But, No provision to make a coffee in the room or on the premises was annoying as it was very difficult to find anything open in the village to get a coffee. Shower head was stable and water flooded the floor. Also, most of the people in the hotel were elderly and getting over a steep bath to have a shower is a health hazard."

"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. "The hotel is very nice. The staff are super kind and friendly. Free parking in front of the hotel is included. The room is also equipped with an AC. The sink in the bathroom is a bit old and rusty but overall we had a great time there. "

"Good value overnight stop on the way home from Italy. Family room was an unusual layout with twin beds in the room and a double on a mezzanine above the bathroom, reached by a ladder! Small bathroom, a bit tight for 3 adults sharing this room. Staff very helpful, all spoke English too."
