"Okay so this was the 2nd IBIS we’ve stayed at in Mulhouse during our travels and by far the one needing some care and upgrades. I’m not expecting excellence with this hotel chain and to be fair the bed was comfortable and the water hot so basic needs met. It wasn’t the cleanest and the toilet seat was chipped. "It was in a very untidy area of the the city and the hotel grounds were very untidy. The evening staff was quite helpful but the morning staff looked as though they had just got out of bed , so scruffy and looked like they had slept in their clothes. Or is that the right image you wanted potrayed as it was in a miserablel part of a miserable tow "

"Been on the road for 3 weeks and this was the last night. I can safely say this was the worst by a long way. Corridors smell,!uncomfortable and cold room. Very poor bathroom, very basic breakfast, weak coffee. Evening staff fine, morning miserable. Think walls and noisy doors. Just absolute rubbish. Will not be returning!"
