"All the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The food was excellent and fairly priced. All normal hotel facilities were very good, We were using local busses and all bus routes go to and from St Helier which makes it a critical location to be able to easily access. The hotel is on a frequent bus route to St Helier, and would be only a ten minute walk. Overall, I think it was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had."

"Couldn't fault the Biarritz. The location is easily accessible by public transport, the views across the St Brelades Bay are unbelievably fabulous. Staff were helpful, friendly and cheerful. Room had everything we needed, clean and comfortable. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to anyone visiting Jersey. Next time we go, I won't bother searching for hotels, I'll book the Biarritz."

"Room was a bit dated. 1 solitary pucture on the wall. But it is the Channel Islands and it's either excellent or there is a big drop in style and standards regarding rooms. The staff, food and othe amenities were excellent. "

"We had a very nice stay, Anna was very attentive and was the perfect host. Breakfasts were good with plenty of fresh food to chose from. Our room was a little bit dated, we had to wait a few minutes for the hot water to warm up and our toilet needed more than one flush. But overall, it was the perfect place to stay and to go out exploring the lovely island of Jersey from. "The property was clean & tidy and suited our needs perfectly. It was close to 2 bus routes in a relatively quiet area but not too far from the centre of town to walk."

"The hotel is apparently closing soon which is a shame because we loved it. It was a bit quirky and old fashioned but very clean. The staff were superb and very friendly. The bar service and food quality was good. The position was excellent, convenient for the local restaurants and bus station. You can easily reach it by bus from the airport too. We stayed for six nights with friends and we all had a great time."
