"Nice property a short walk from central Falmouth. It's elegance is just a little faded but it's a wonderful building in a great location. Breakfast is a bit spartan - including the room it's served in. But the staff were lovely and it really is a spectacular property. Would recommend."

"Cosy room but comfortable and with a sea view. Shower a bit on the tight side if you’re bigger than average but did have a grab-rail. House-keeping was excellent and the quality of the sausage and bacon used in the cooked breakfast was a pleasant surprise. "

"Absolutely brilliant b&b with great food, staff and close to harbour beach and costal paths. The only disappointing part of the stay is that breakfast does not start until 9am, which for us was too late as we needed to get on with the day. If breakfast is a 8am start would have given the b&b a 5star. "

"Lots to mention really. Not idea for families or people that want an early night or a lie in. The Wetherspoons across the road is open till 1am and opens 9am so it’s noisy and the room was warm so having the windows open caused a lot of noise and road noise. The room was clean and the staff are helpful. The mattress wasn’t the best and we could feel the springs and my partner has awful nights sleeps. It’s rated 3star and I would agree and it wasn’t expensive for a weekend so it’s all relative...
