"We stayed in Hotel Europa 25 years ago and went back to Ferrara for my Big Birthday so decided to stay at the same Hotel. Staff are very friendly and the Hotel is just as we remembered it. We were even given a room upgrade which made the trip even more special. Thankyou."

The a/c (and all electronics) only worked when the key was inserted into a slot-- meaning we came back to a hot room every time. The restaurant opened late and was fairly pricey. It wasn't a bad stay but could've been better"

"After 11pm we were not allowed to leave the property, we arrived 10:30 pm due to travel conditions, hungry. We were not able to go nowhere to buy nothing because they will lock the door? Dirty lobby, broken elevator, dirty room bathroom ceiling about to fall on your head. Noisy as sleeping under a bridge. Don't bother with this property, I don't know how they have the nerves to be listed as an option to stay. Expedia, you should check it too before listing."

"Very nice apart-hotel with 24/24h check in. Clean and comfortable, newly refurbished, a/c, great breakfast at the Carlton Hotel. Street parking available right in front of the door on the „piazza”. Super friendly and helpful staff! "
