"We had a good experience at this hotel. Wonderful location right next to the Curve auditorium and the Athena centre. Didn't want to go far from the hotel so we had a good meal in the restaurant. Nice touch was that the chef came out and asked if we had enjoyed our meal - which we confirmed we had. The front of house staff were very polite and helpful with any questions we had. "This was a stop-off for us on our way to visit our Grandson in Suffolk. The hotel was very clean including our double room. Our only criticism was that we were told at checkin that breakfast was served up to 11am. We went down at 10:15 only to be told that they stopped at 10:00 but that they could provide pastries which wasn't what we wanted or paid for. That being said, the Duty Manager was very good and arranged a refund straight away. Great location for access to the City !"
