"Arrived to a room without a pull out couch . Staff upgraded room . Excellent service from staff . However the bedding was deffinetly not cleaned as there was eithrr lipstick or blood on the sheets under the blanket . Other than that it wasnt a bad place . "

"The staff were very friendly, accommodating and sympathetic. The hotel lobby connected to scotia center and it was central to our activities. Some plates in the weight room are broken. Decent free weights and good mats for stretching. "

"The hotel location was super convenient didnt have to walk outside or anything! One downside is that did not supply water bottles in the room.. and with this being an airport hotel they must know you cant fly with your own water.. "

"Our stay was a weekend getaway. Love staying there, location is everything if you want shopping, restaurants, etc. We came up for the Home Show which is very close to the hotel. Our bathroom needed a little care, but other than that, it was great. We always enjoy the Redwood Grill for breakfast and our waitress was great."

"I enjoy the restaurant on site, the staff were very friendly and helpful. I like the fact thst you can leave your vehicle when going to and from the airport. The bed & bedding were very comfortable. I could hear noise from floor above. Overall great stay"
