"Great place. Everything was really nice. Hot tub and tiled shower was so telaxing and a welcome sight for the travel-weary lower back! Only two things were a little under par: my first non-smoking Deluxe Queen I booked smelled of smoke (people ignore the rules - such a "me" attitude of some people these days!), but after saying spmethihg about the room after check-in, the friendly professional front desk people got me into another room with sincrere apologies - a 2 queen room for the dame...

"Interesting experience. There is no on-site staff, but the building is in excellent (restored) condition. You let yourself in with the door code and then you’re on your own. The on-site restaurant is not operating, so we drove a couple miles for dinner. We made breakfast from what was on site. Thankfully there was no noise from the railroad outside. We’ll be back."

"We had an amazing stay at the Ruby June Inn and a fantastic visit to White Salmon. Although it snowed, it only added to the ambiance of where we were. Spirit Falls- where everyone wants to go but few actually get too. Full disclosure - I believe the hike to this falls is closed. It was originally on private property but kayakers found it (you can see why, can you say paradise?) and people started hiking to it. There is two trails, a safe trail and a very sketchy trail. You got down about 300 ft in elevation while switching over small streams that run to the falls. The hike is only about a mile each way. I would contact local forest service before attempting this hike. You don't want to be caught trespassing. More photos available at www.centioliphotography.com
