Our room was basicit was the cheapest, but it was clean and perfectly adequate. If we came again, we would bring a hairdryer the one that was there was virtually useless, and the plugs are on the opposite side from the bed so an extension lead would be useful if you want to have the phone charging by your bed. Tea coffee facilities in room. No bathrobe provided although this is a spa facility. Towels in room can be used for spa but they are not bath sized. "Good hotel about a 15 minute walk from town centre. Staff are friendly. Good value. A bit of road noise, but there are rooms on the other side of hotel which will be quieter. Amble parking and easy access. This is my 2nd time I've stayed and would recommend."

"This place could be so much more but it just doesn’t know what it wants to be…too many permanent pitches…no atmosphere, pool and reception closes at 5, (probably because permanent pitchers don’t need them) Our pavilion 4 was tired and smelt also. Great location and great cycle paths around."
