"as I was only there overnight and by myself I had no desire to go out once I had registered, since I was staying inside I wanted to watch some TV but there weren't enough good stations available, everything that I wanted to watch had to have a subscription in order to watch it"

"We stayed here last year on Friday night of the Labour day weekend as well. Great place...very quiet, out of the way of the main roads and highways. We have stayed in two different units and both were extremely clean, even clean smelling. Kudos to the housekeeper (we met her last year but I forget her name). The owners are also super nice and friendly. We have two kids, age 4 and 9 and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. Hoping to make this a yearly tradition of staying here Friday...

"Spacious, modern room with nice bed and bedding and great shower. I appreciated the multiple charging ports near the bed and desk and was offered late check-out at no extra cost."

"Location was close to downtown St Johns so easy access to restaurants, shopping and nightlife. Not too close to be disturbed by late night noise. Property is a little run down but comfortable enough. The rooms have a kitchenette but you have to ask at the desk for any pans etc... The complimentary breakfast is just cold cereal and prepackaged pastries."
