The main bar staff wasn't helpful, but the bartender in the karaoke area was great! She was informative and also provided the complimentary champagne. The main bar staff said the complimentary drink was only juice (apple or orange)."

"One of the most gorgeous views I’ve ever had from a hotel room was of the bay from our eighth floor room. It was so gorgeous. I hated to leave the room! The room itself was very nice. Lots of space extremely clean, beautiful accommodations. I think the only flaw was Number one no microwave number two no Netflix or other apps on the television it was not a smart TV. "

"Beautiful hotel, the only 2 details was that we arrived at 12:00 and the room was not ready ready until 3:00 pm, and the wifi is really bad, one day we couldn’t watch tv, but the staff, restaurants, they are very friendly, we had a dinner at Caleta, and it was an amazing experience,and delicious, nice room, comfy bed, ocean front balcony, very safe area, the pool very clean, nice and relaxing, thanks Sofitel it was a really good choice to stay there"
