"My first day I arrived 6 hours before check-in. They gave me a room on the top floor but moved me to a much better room later that day when it was ready. Staff were super helpful, especially the cleaning ladies. I wanted to move to a different room with a table and booked again online, and they were very helpful and accommodating. They were doing repairs around the hotel and updating, so it was understandable that things were not perfect, but they were doing well. For the price and location......

"Horrible miscommunication experience. I booked this trip in September, 2023. I had all the confirmation and itinerary. It was paid off. I arrived at the property on December, 25, Christmas Day. The property was closed and no one was there to help. There was a piece of paper and an emergency phone number hanging on the door. "There was no internet, in the bathroom there was only shampoo, no soap. We only stayed one night but there was like a garage door closed on the windows in the back, so we couldn't enjoy the outside view in the morning. The bed was comfy."

"I was surprised to find out how far this property was from main points of interest, given how expensive transportation is. A positive is how quiet it is, in comparison to downtown, but options for dining, shopping, etc. are very limited. The property itself was fine except that the wifi was very unstable. If you need to work at all, or use the wifi for your mobile service (like I did), then this is not a feasible option. "

However, there were 3 of us women staying for 6 nights and we only got 2 rolls of toilet paper and when i asked for more i was told qe would get some but the man never returned with any. The wifi is terrible and goes on and off so you cant even watch tv when your there because they have no local channels. The stove did not work and neither did the electric burner they had there. "The unit was perfect for our family of 4. The location couldn’t have been more ideal as we were close to most of the things we wanted to do. Private beach and breathtaking views made it hard for us to leave. The development was filled with the nicest and most welcoming residents. We felt right at home. Property management was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind. We can’t wait to return! "
