We reserved the deluxe studio suite, but due to the recent rains, the roof was leaking so they upgraded us to the family studio suite, their largest room. "Our stay at El Litoral was very enjoyable. Each morning we were served a delicious breakfast. We hired our host, Rene, to drive us around to many areas including El Ville and the surrounding beach resorts. We also enjoyed some shopping and dining in the local area. "

"Unique stay for sure. We stayed in one of the smaller “containers”. It was fine for us, others might find it tight. The larger units looked like they had some dining area and a bit more space. A few extra hooks on the wall or in the very tiny bathroom would be nice for towels. The first floor units are great for pool side, second floor units have a porch but you have to go around the building to access your door. A few extra chairs on the first floor entry decks would be nice as we had to...

There are very few in-room amenities (maybe I missed that in description): no coffeemaker, no iron available at all -literally have to contact housekeeping and they will pickup and iron items for you. "Beautiful, quaint, secluded place! The only sounds are the birds, waves and breezes. On a bluff that overlooks the ocean, few min walk to beach. You might have the beach to yourself. Nice little pool on property. Clean and comfortable, great service, great breakfast. DIRECTIONS: Take one of the plentiful buses to Penonome from Panama City's Terminal Albrook, getting off in Las Uvas. ($3.50) Contact the property before you get there and they'll pick you up. "
