One member of staff stood out as being excellent and speaking English, we believe his name is Marco or Mario. This hotel could be so much more popular if it were to focus on a specific market. "Safe, walkable, and very close to everything I wanted to walk to. The property sent me a code to enter the bldg the day before my arrival. I arrived at 1:30pm or so, and since my room was almost ready I was given the option to wait in the kitchen, which I did. Therevis no lift and my room was on the 2nd floor but staff always offered me a hand with my bag. Room was minimal but sufficient and efficient. AC worked and wifi worked.
