"This is under construction property , they are not ready to serve. Service is horrible, ambiance is not good. I reached midnight for check-in , (i had informed hotel staff on whats app about my arrival time) there was no reception and security to assist for check-in. No staff was picking phone . After several calls some one called back after 30 mnts and i got room key. There is no buffet breakfast available. Its in room service ."

"We have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service. The hotel is disgusting and untidy. There was ants and cockroaches in the bedroom. The bathroom was disgusting and had a terrible odour and mould on the walls. When we wanted to leave the hotel, it took over two hours.
