"This is under construction property , they are not ready to serve. Service is horrible, ambiance is not good. I reached midnight for check-in , (i had informed hotel staff on whats app about my arrival time) there was no reception and security to assist for check-in. No staff was picking phone . After several calls some one called back after 30 mnts and i got room key. There is no buffet breakfast available. Its in room service ."

"Please never stay in this hotel. We stayed in a very dark room with no windows. And in bathroom sometimes the lights go off/ no hot water in the shower. And the hotel/room stinks .. the bedsheets smell horrible. The hallway is filled with smoke. And staff is very unprofessional. "

"The entrance to the property is not pleasant and it is dusty dirty highway. I booked comfort Inn believing I will get an American standard hotel, towel, linen all sparkling and hygienic. The room did not have compatible electric fittings for my US laptop cable, IPhone, watch charging slots. It was difficult to believe a relatively new hotel will not care about it. It was not easy to get an adapter. I had to wait each time for the little things in room that makes your stay blissfully peaceful. I hope they take care of these small things. The quilt cover was dirty, with pubic hair. I had to wait for HK to come and change it in front of me. Toilet was great, shower was good hot water, clean, towels were good. Dinner we paid was good. Breakfast in the morning was stale, cold an uninspiring. "
