"Second time staying here. Good value for money, aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Beds and pillows comfortable, nice and warm in the rooms and hotel itself Rooms could do with a freshen up with paint and small maintenance to windows and walls. Remote control filthy, batteries flat. Tea and coffee facility which is good. Shower pressure average but overall good value, fairly clean, good breakfast variety Would definitely come back "

The cooked buffet selection was barely warm, such a shame with so much choice on offer. We arrived about 7:50am and breakfast was available until 9:30am. If stating hot food provided, it should be hot."

We travelled with a dog and were instantly put at ease and made to feel welcome and like returning guests. We cannot praise this lovely lady enough! "Great location in the heart of the town centre, warm friendly, professional and efficient welcome. There are pleasant communal areas, yet there is no bar or restaurant; the only food and drink available is from vending machines. The rooms are very compact, yet are spotlessly clean, well maintained and a pleasant place to be, however, there is no space for a chair or desk. I booked a room with a window, yet, my room had only a window with obscured glass so I might as well had reserved a room...

"Service was great a the hotel is newly decorated and clean. Didn’t use the spa but looks good. Minor gripes were that the reception staff were not always there and the extra key ‘card machine’ was not especially simple. The TV had unusual channels and I would have liked more comfortable chairs in the bedroom. Otherwise, a good value hotel with a great shower."
