"It was a great stay! Even to extend was super easy. They were accommodating and understanding. Lots of really great employees, and we enjoyed the buffet breakfast. I did have a small incident with the peep hole, they have a cover on them, they are metal. It wasn't anyone's fault and the staff was DILIGENT in helping . That's what made me love this place more. I felt seen and heard; they were right by my side. "

"I really liked the room that I rented. I did have some issues with the TV, someone was sent over right away to check it out. The only thing I would suggest is sending staff around to public location to at least keep them straighted up. The night I was there they were hosting events and the next day there was still cups and bottles, chip bags, pizza boxes left strewn about in areas people coming from outside had to walk through to get to breakfast.
