"Lovely resort but our room wasn’t ready and check in time (4pm) and desk clerk wouldn’t tell us how long it would take til we could check in. We went back an hour and a half later and room still wasn’t ready. Tired from a very long day of traveling, we asked to talk to a manager who kindly found a room we could check into. An unpleasant start to an otherwise lovely stay."

"My 3 friends and I stayed here for spring break. I am blown away by how nice this Marriott is. It is in the perfect area. We were able to walk to get dinner all week being so close to la Placita and much more. It was very quiet with police presence constantly in the area. As a 20 year old girl I felt very safe. The staff is extremely professional. They give you free bottled water which was an awesome perk. The rooftop pool was extremely relaxing and clean. Next time I visit PR I will be staying...

"We arrived early and were greeted by very friendly and helpful staff. They allowed us in early as soon as the room was ready. Room was fairly basic but exceptionally clean. Location was a short walk to beach and also close to several places to eat. We would stay here again for sure and would recommend to others."
