"Check in ok although there was some confusion as to whether or not we had booked breakfast. Did send an email regarding booking evening meal but never got a response. Staff friendly and helpful. Need more choice on menu "

"We had a nice warm greeting. Staff were very friendly and helpful when we asked for extra milk & sugar. Room spacious, bed comfortable and me and my partner had a queen sized one. Quiet, peaceful bearing in the mind next to dual carriageway we never heard a thing n we both slept very well. Breakfast was top quality, very tasty could tell it was local produce however, when our breakfast was brought to our table we found it very small as in one rasher of bacon, one sausage, one hash brown. "Friendly staff. Nice modern room although smelt of damp. Hallway to rooms was very dark so not very pleasant. It didn’t have the hotel feel I normally get when I visit other hotel chains, it didn’t have an instant welcoming feel. "
