"We choose the hotel as the outside areas looked spacious and also it appeared to have nice areas inside to use, including a restaurant. On arrival, we discovered the reality did not match the pictures. The hotel is basic, and the staff are friendly and that in itself is ok - the problem is you think you're getting somewhere more swish as the hotel has put up several images of areas that do not exist. "DISAPOINTING STAYAT THIS HOTEL.The room even has a nice view since I paid water view, smell humid and someone smoke for sur before our stay. The smoking is on the balcony but they leave the ashtray on the nightstand. Room decoration totally cold, it was painted.To get a monigridge they charged 6 Euros extras, parking 5 Euros daily. Breakfast ONLY buffet or nothing then we asked for a coffee to pay but impossible you get the buffet or nothing or you have to wait to get your morning coffee until...

"Very communicative, friendly and helpful customer service. Great location and very comfortable apartments with everything you need for your stay. We really liked their 24 check in, and having a spot to park the car in a covered garage, and very close to the building's entrance. Also, we were walking distance to a variety of places to eat, and the beach."

"It was a 2 bedroom family accommodation. Pros, good location and two full bathrooms. Cons, heater didn't work, no coffee machine and we weren't advised that there were no towels.... As it was low season, contacting someone in person was not easy. Apartment was recently renovated so it was nice."
