"We had a relaxing time in Chalice's peaceful house in Xativa Old Town. Living and sleeping areas were comfortable. We felt that a few details in the kitchen and bathrooms still needed attention, and the double bedroom pictured is a level away from the nearest shower; but in general the house is pleasant to be in, Xativa is a most interesting and appealing town, and Chalice was very welcoming and helpful."

"A great little house with an ideal size garden. The location is great as it is by a small river that runs into the sea. The beach is literally 2 minutes walk. Lovely beach which our dogs thoroughly enjoyed. The house itself was clean and the beds very comfortable. The owner was lovely and very helpful, and the house met all our needs. Just a shame we didn't have time to stay longer."

"Der Gastgeber war 100 % für die Belange da trotz Kommunikationshürden, da er nur spanisch spricht, trotz Sonderwunsch zur Reinigung des Hauses wegen Allergie hat Alles großartig geklappt. Sehr nett und zuverlässig! Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Lage direkt hinter der Düne ermöglichte es, mal eben vom Strand ins Haus zu gehen, um beispielsweise etwas zu trinken o.ä. zu holen oder vor dem Frühstück einen Strandwalk zu machen. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Strandliegen waren auch prima.Wir hatten...

"Location is excellent, 20m from beach and 10m from most shops, also a lot to see in vicinity. Excellent sand beach not crowded. Parking place sufficient for 2 cars and very convenient. Garden is very nice with various trees and flowers which ives a little shadow House must have A/C at least in few locations, as even when weather is windy is not being ventilated well. in the garden would be nice to have tent to chill under. 2nd floor can be used better as it has better air flow, so tent+table...

"+ Fantastic Location only 50 metres from the beach with a sea view from the balcony. The property also included off street covered secure parking. The parking would be a very important aspect in high season. - The Kitchen utensils could have been better. Although the apartment sleeps up to 8 people the kettle was tiny and only held 2 cups of water. The Microwave did not work and we ran out of gas for the cooker the first time we used it and the replacement was empty. But the agents rectified...
