They make sure you’re taken care of and always having a good time. He’s very laid back and happy to chat away about what to do around the resort. Transportation from the airport to the resort can be arranged by contacting Sook. "This place was quiet and peaceful. Everyone here was polite and helpful. Our time with the elephants was awesome, my wife loved it! Would recommend to a friend. This place also has good food!"

"We booked this property based on the pictures of the pool. Turns out the pool was bone dry and even have a tree trunk at the bottom of the pool!Totally misrepresented what’s real at this property! Very run down, trees bushes haven’t been maintained for years, I understand past 2years with covid, tourism took a huge hit but I didn’t understand why Expedia still allowed this type of property on your site! "It was a beautiful hotel. It is set on a little farm with beautiful flowers and a pond. The accommodations were nice and comfortable. There was a/c, but the wifi wasn't working. Breakfast is included. The only major issue is that when you put in Bhupimarn Garden House as a location in google maps, it takes you to the middle of Chiang Mai City, not Chom Thong. So, beware! Super sweet people that run the place, even if they don't speak English. The lady had to call her son, who speaks English....

"The property is beautiful. Room was nice but dark with only 2 windows. Staff very pleasant. Expedia site incorrect on services. No made to order breakfast. The 1st 2 days was a buffet and I am vegan so I had toast, fruit and coffee then had plain rice or french fries for dinner. No tour services or info. If you are a light sleeper bring earplugs, dogs barking and roosters crowing all times of day. The close proximity to mae klang waterfall made for a nice walk and great place to have lunch along...

"It is nice to have your own little cabin. My cabin was a bit old and dated but worked fine for me. Nice quiet location back away from the road. Only negative was bathroom smelled pretty terrible but with door shut couldn’t smell in room. "

"Arrived late on a Tuesday and things were dark and office unmanned but soon sorted by the manager. We awoke to find the darkness was hiding a hidden delight literally 400m from the bustling 108 road. A lovely tranquil setting, comfortable suites, extremely friendly staff with wonderful food make this a lovely place to come outside the hurly burly of downtown Chiang Mai. Airport about 45 minutes drive away. Great for all the attractions in the south like Mae Weng, Doi Inthanon and others."

"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. "550 baht for a comfortable room with good shower. Poor WiFi: ended up coming off it and just using data on our sims. Two miles from a large Lotus grocery store."
