"We were pleasantly surprised! The cabins were really cute, windows all around to see the rice paddies. We took a dip in the pool too which was great. Each cabin seems to be facing the centre of the properties with a noce view. Its so quiet and lots of nature sounds in the evening. Surprisingly no mosquitos! It seemed we were the only guests on a 30 cabin property! The property has a restaurant but it seems you have to find the staff and tell them when youll want to eat and they will be there to...

"Beautiful property to stay at. The grounds are very well maintained. Beautiful pool (unheated but nice and cool on a hot day!). Wonderful coffee shop. Very nice restaurant (I used for breakfasts). The architecture of the newer buildings (restaurant, coffee shop, tea house) is really nice and modern and fits wonderfully in with the rustic feel and look of the old tobacco barns. "We booked this property based on the pictures of the pool. Turns out the pool was bone dry and even have a tree trunk at the bottom of the pool!Totally misrepresented what’s real at this property! "Arrived late on a Tuesday and things were dark and office unmanned but soon sorted by the manager. We awoke to find the darkness was hiding a hidden delight literally 400m from the bustling 108 road. A lovely tranquil setting, comfortable suites, extremely friendly staff with wonderful food make this a lovely place to come outside the hurly burly of downtown Chiang Mai. "It is nice to have your own little cabin. My cabin was a bit old and dated but worked fine for me. Nice quiet location back away from the road. Only negative was bathroom smelled pretty terrible but with door shut couldn’t smell in room. "

The property has a restaurant but it seems you have to find the staff and tell them when youll want to eat and they will be there to prep for you. Theres a convenience store close by (you pass it to get there) and its everything you need. "
