"you can't beat the location of this property its only a 5-10min walk from Central Station and within 15 min of the whole centre. there was also lots of night life and eating places on our doorstep. the only thing that let us down was the shower, its old but very forceful and unfortunately flooded out room. you could tell it had happened many times as the door was rottet along the bottom but the manager told us it was condensation. the staff were very helpful and friendly and quickly came with...

"Nice hotel but room a little warm so had to leave the window open all night. Also the walls are paper then so you can hear people talking on the neoghbouring room. Great Breakfast and lovley staff"

"Very friendly staff. Close to city centre and Queens University. Good breakfast. Hotel clean. Shower was in the room which might be an issue if travelling with friends not family. Toilet light was automatic and stayed on for ages, also switched on randomly in middle of the night. Air con switches off after a relatively short amount of time (to conserve energy) so we often were woken up in the middle of the night in a boiling hot room."

"Stayed for 3 nights. Great location with a variety of restaurants and takeaways on the street. On street parking was by chance as very busy during the day. Train station near by. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Noise on the Wednesday night in the street was awful the rest were quiet. Half an hours walk to the Waterfront. The hotel and room decor was lovely but lighing is very dark and it all seems a little tired in need of a freshen up. "

"The staff were fabulous - informative, helpful and cheerful. (Especially check-in - Ey up to you from the Yorkshire lasses !!) Nothing too much trouble for anyone and you were always greeted with a smile. Everywhere was lovely and clean. Breakfast was vast and very tasty. Plenty of car parking spaces. A great base from which to explore beautiful Northern Ireland. We will be back !!"
