"Shockingly bad hotel. Rooms smelt of damp. The atmosphere was very Smokey throughout. Staff were inattentive at breakfast. Couldn’t care less attitude."

"Gym should at least have a treadmill, bicycle on loan would be good as most shops are far away and difficult to grab a cab. Lastly good to have a washing outside the hotel as the hotel is built to serve the industrial zone....sometimes shoes returning from site could be muddy."

When I had a problem with my flight time the hotel front desk tried their best to find a flight and accommodation option that best suited my travel schedule. The service took a bit of time to procure food but that is understandable as I personally ordered for room service at an odd hour. I've stayed in Yangon a number of times, and this is by far the best place I've stayed, yet in the same price range or less than the others. The rooms are spacious and very clean. "Hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. You can walk to the Inya lake and there are some restaurants and massage shops 10 minutes walk distance (Pearl Condo). If you get a cab, the Shwedawgon and other main attractions of Yangon is not too far from this hotel. I would come back if I visit Yangon again!"
