Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly. There was drinking water available in the lobby, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. "I complained to get a full refund The ventilation lock fell down. 30 degrees during night and day in the middle of winter. Because they turned off AC. The kid got an allergic reaction and went to hospital for a couple of days because it was so filthy carpet. Old and dusty and expensive. Terrible. They did not even want to discuss a refund. Just look at the rug in the attachment."
