"連泊して、シャワーがよくなかったので、部屋をバスタブ付きにアップグレードしたのだが、風呂に栓がない。湯がシャワーから出ない。バスマットもない。 部屋にゴミ箱がない。トイレに一個だけ。 この内容で何のためにアップグレードをしたのかわからない。 結局風呂は、使えなかった。 変えた部屋も、シャワーの水圧がほぼない。チョロチョロ出てるだけ。 これでスター付きはありえない。 朝食も最悪。 ジュースは普通のアップルオレンジとかがなく、スイカと変なお茶のみ。 明らかにガラガラの会場に、冷え切った目玉焼きの量。せめてもと、別の焼き方で頼んだが、これを食えと。。もはや意味不明。 他のホテルに泊まるなり、実際に部屋に泊まるなりしたほうがよいのではないか。と感じるくらいクオリティが低い。"

"Hotel is good for a transit stay. Room very large, clean, washroom large and clean. We had a king bed which was rock hard. AC worked well. My issue was with the area around the hotel and limited dining options. There was one restaurant near the hotel but since I am a tourist flying the next morning, I did not want to chance a meal in it. I asked if they had menus for restaurants that we could have deliver to us. They had none. They would be well served to offer some better dining options for...

"Pleasant l stay at deluxe room. "

"I stayed in the Deluxe Double facing the front on the 4th floor. Service was great, the Western breakfast was eggs cooked to order, toast, fresh orange juice and coffee/cream. The location is 10 minutes from Terminal 2 Departure. The room was modern, immaculate and spacious. There is an attached Vietnamese restaurant which was convenient. Great transit hotel for Vietnam."
