Only gripes were the bed moved easily as was on wheels and could have done with it being pulled out and hoovered behind, as our pillow fell down the back and it was very dusty. Also the shower gel dispenser was empty. Apart from that it was a very nice stay. Room and facilities were good."

"Arrived very late, flight delays and then a road closure forcing a substantial detour. Thankfully my room card had been left out with a useful note and I was able to access the room. It was cold, no curtains, and couldn't figure out the heating but the bed was warm and that was all I cared about! Shower okay in the morning, Job done. Thanks."
