"There was a used bar of soap in my room’s bathroom.Otherwise seemed clean. The young lady at the desk in the evening had no people skills. Just doing her job. The morning lady was friendlier. It was nice and quiet and the room was clean and nice. "

" Overall, the experience was great. The room was a good value for the cost. Certain amenities, such as the pool, were not available. No big deal as we weren’t planning on using it. There was a shortage of ready breakfast food. Also, there were a number of restrictions that were not made clear prior to check in. The staff does not allow any gatherings. We were there to share Christmas with two family members. That could have been a problem. "

Each under different names as asked by Hotels.com when booking. Half of the party arrived earlier than the other half but we could only get 1 of the rooms as the other person had not arrived yet.
