"Thank you very much for a cozy stay; the cabin was peaceful, quiet and very relaxing! The place was very well insulated, the sleeping areas very comfortable and all of the amenities were thoughtful. The woods behind the cabin and pond views were beautiful; and we were able to easily drive to some local restaurants and fall activities as well (Clarence Center Coffee Co. & Cafe was fun to check out for food and coffee). "

"We traveled the country staying at VRBO’s. There’s a small part of me that does not want to give this property a good review as once the word gets out this place will be booked nonstop and year-round. This property was by far the best we have ever stayed at. You have literally everything you need from the minute you walk in the door. Attention to detail is an understatement. Communication with the host was amazing. I can’t wait to go back. "

"A hidden gem that is spacious inside and out. Enjoyed the stay. It would help if they had a welcome folder since there is no internet without wifi and no folder with the wifi password. Lucky we were going out and we're able to access the internet so we could get the wifi password. Well stocked with everything you would need. "

"Nice place in a good location for us. We stayed over New Years Eve, and it was very cozy even though it was cold out. Big enough for family to stop by for the evening and spend some time. Quick drive to Letchworth to hike. Instant hot water heater is nice for showering. Electric blankets on the bed we loved also. "Shannon was so thoughtful in preparing her home for our stay. There were heaters on when we arrived in addition to the central heating system. The home was plowed regularly so we had easy access. The home was so cozy and carefully decorated. It was clean and very comfortable in every way!Thank you Shannon! We look forward to our next visit!"
