"Our stay at this hotel was disappointing. We booked a Family Suite with a mini kitchen, but it was completely unequipped—no pots, pans, or utensils. Additionally we opted for a half-board plan as the hotel did not offer a full-board option. The half-board food was poor, with limited options and mainly local cuisine, unlike the international buffets offered at other hotels. The hotel also lacked basic amenities like WiFi, a hairdryer, and an iron. Being in a remote location, there were no nearby...

"The food was good. The problem with the beach is full of stone. But they made a bridge so that u can swim in a small aerea. In the swimming pool there r ma y animation such as basket ,arrow game ,water polo etc. And the swimming pool is huge and the water is hot. The room is nice. I absolutely loved this stay, clean, comfortable, super convenient, decorations where very modern and unique, I would definitely refer to anyone staying, and return! the host Osama was so helpful his communication was prompt and on point, location was perfect for shopping and dinning "

"The website is not clear, only military personnel are allowed (if only military personnel are allowed, there is no need to sell the room on this website). It is 20 kilometers away from the city. After waiting, military personnel will come out to explain (and the military is poor in English). On-site refunds are not allowed. I hope that Expedia will clean up such behaviors that waste customer time and energy."
