"Hotel Serenella was fantastic. It was located in a wonderful old part of the town. The staff was welcoming and professional. Everything could be reached by walking and there were wonderful restaurants to eat. Directions from the Hotel were excellent and they were very quick in responding to any of your questions. The night stands are literally too small to put a phone on them. The bed frame is basically what you would bring out for a night for a kids sleep-over. You get a pillow that's 2cm thick. "Overall great experience. Found reception area a bit full on. Staff were very giggly and starey and the one with the red hair seemed to rule the roost a little bit. HOWEVER, all very pleasant staff and very accommodating. I would definitely stay again! Just avoid the German sausages as I don't know if they have ever seen a pig 🐷 "
