The bathroom was small and not ventilated nor had a window, and no wash cloths were provided yet towels and hand towels were. "I stayed five nights and would book again. The location is very pleasant and safe, in a residential area. It is short (5-minute) enjoyable walk to the bus stop. Public transportation is excellent, so all of Mainz is easily accessible. Additionally it is only a 10-minute walk to the Gutenberg university. "Such a quaint and cozy stay. The breakfast buffet is very impressive and only 10€. The staff were super helpful and kind helping us find places and excursions to go on. The only reason its not a 5 star rating is because the showers have low pressure but besides that the hotel is amazing and lovely"
