"Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help. Suggestions for dinner were perfect. Breakfast, 9.5 euros, was outstanding. A large buffet of fresh choices. Excellent coffee. The hotel is an easy walk to the Château, the river, shops, and dining. Nearby local restaurants were excellent and reasonably priced. We will be back. Highly recommended. "

"Room was well cleaned. Cleaning staff were friendly when we passed them as we were departing. Room was quiet and enjoyable, bathroom tired and basic but functional and clean. Swimming pool was larger than expected and a peaceful haven. Negatives were lack of receptionist at departure, being presented with our “bill” and not being permitted to leave without paying… we had already paid. "The hotel is nice, clean and strategic. You could walk to St Michel for 1 hour. The owner is ver friendly and helpful. For those who come in after 8pm,make sure you call thm so they an leave you a key in the" mail boxes" in fron of the entrance/restaurant "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Pierre et Vacances in Loches. The apartment was clean, quiet and quite spacious (for the 2 of us) and we had a nice balcony overlooking the town. The parking was very good and it is a few minutes walk into the town where there are several places to eat."

"Our room was very convenient and super clean. The location of this hotel is extremely practical as you go and visit many Castles around in a day trip. There are stores and shop nearby as well. The staff is useful and friendly Unfortunately and unlike advertised, the Wi-Fi is only available in the main building and not the rooms. That might be a small problems for others but since I was coming on a business trip that ended being a huge issue for me at night. This should be better advertised. Also...

"Amazing place. Spread over a very large area with small individual appartments, very clean and comfortable and private. Parking at the appartments could be enlarged or redesigned to have cars at the appartments instead of at the end of the road which meant you go wet if it was raining. Also a bit of a walk to the main hotel for meals. Excellent base for exploring the Loire area."
