"Service was generally alright, some staff were definitely more friendly than others. Parking on site is quite limited, but there are plenty of free parking spaces around the hotel area. Toothbrush and toothpaste aren’t provided, but it’s available for purchase at the counter. Would have appreciated if there were more towel bars for non-solo travelers. Space of the room was great though. Extremely clean as well. "

"Nice 3 star hotel. Fast check in, rooms are big and clean. Ample parking lots. Has a self service mart and laundry. Lots of eateries around. "

"A bit earlier check-in time at 2:00PM. The room was clean. There was no shampoo or body wash. They did provide two bottles of complementary water. After all this hotel cost only a fraction of other fancy hotels’ room rates so you get what you pay for, I guess. But I’d only recommend this hotel to people who plan to drive while in Jeju. "

"Our room was lovely and they had free sandwiches delivered to your door every morning - they were both healthy/nutritious and yummy! Came with two slices of orange too. Close to convenient bus stops e.g. we took a direct bus to Osulloc Tea Museum (1 hour or less in total, with bus stop only a few minutes away). Staff were helpful too!"

"Very nice location at beach front, beautiful ocean view, nice Korean restaurants nearby, beautiful walking trail, friendly staff, decent free breakfast, building itself is bit old and not as good condition as pictures."
