"There are no bathrobes in the rooms! Bring your own if you plan to use the hot tub or sauna. There is no maid service during your stay. The hotel is located quite a distance from the mountain so keep in mind if you’re skiing or plan to visit Tremblant. The hotel was clean but average. Service is ok. "

"The internal and external hot tubs were not working properly, the water was only warm not hot 90F. Our room was in front of the elevator and it was very loud all day and night. On the last night at 6am workers were snow plowing the parking lot, waking everyone up for 30min, very loud noise and piping sound from the plow in reverse. The pillows were very uncomfortable, to high and hard. Other than that it was OK but I would expect more for the price we paid. :("
