"We spent a nin bnb properties all wonderful but it was so nice to be back in a regular clean hotel. Great bed ..firm. my room had a balcony ... check in great , included breakie great..they even had fresh eggs you could soft boil ..never seen that before. I hosed the breakfast time and showd uo at 6:15 ..the weekend it starts at 7:30. The gent setting it up graciously allowed us to participate early. Parking was great but hard to find at first... under the building but entrance is ALL the wat around the block. Even had a lounge chair to put on the deck outside the room. "

I knew I would stay there again. And just like last year, everyone was super nice. "Excellent staff and easy check in, room was very comptable with clean bedding and great shower ( Ibis styles ) breakfast was plentiful, great choices . Easy access out of Rouen and up to Dieppe. Would recommend ! Easy straight walk about 15 mins into old town. "

"Very good value - an excellent place to stay when Rouen is an ‘on route’ stop over. The quality of hotel and staff are both high. The only downside is location. It is a little out of town and in an area of Rouen which lacks the charm of this city. However, good transport links and nearby newly built riverside restaurants make a stay here very acceptable."
