"Very nice hotel. Clean, quiet and friendly with a very nice bar area and breakfast room. The carpet in my single room had seen better days and I could have done with some drawer space hence 4 stars instead of 5 but was generally very impressed and had a lovely stay."

"Hotel was nice, staff were very nice and great value for money for a cheap over night in Brighton. Location was great too, with beach across the rd and the pier almost opposite. My only issue was the shower had very, very weak water pressure dispite being on max and the temperature control was frozen so the water was about room temperature! I only discovered the shower issues in the morning when I got up so not able to complain until I was checking out 30 mins later. Reception were polite and...
