"This hotel was perfect for our needs. Very clean, comfortable, and welcoming. It has a nice pool with bar alongside. The breakfast had a vast array of choice to suit most peoples tastes. Nice size balcony to relax on. We stayed towards the end of the season so was quieter than I believe it might have been at other times. This suited so I would recommend for a relaxing stay"

"We had the Deluxe Room with Panoramic View and really enjoyed our stay. Our room was modern, clean, private and had a beautiful view. It was up three storeys (no elevator) but we didnā€™t mind, however worth noting if thatā€™s a concern for you. The pool area is relaxing and clean. The hotel is back from the main road in Argassi so while itā€™s close to everything you need, itā€™s also private and quiet."

"The property is well situated, but that is the only reason to stay here and even thenā€¦. Maria at the front desk tries to help as best as she can and is always smiling which is very appreciativeā€¦. But she canā€™t save this place. The rooms are out dated and beds and pillows are not at all comfortableā€¦ the air conditioning is not strong and in some rooms donā€™t work. The bathrooms are awful, small outdated and smell like sewersā€¦ not sure they ever clean the floor drainsā€¦ some bleach might help the...

"It was my first time in Zakynthos and I was here with my family, and Vice Hotel made my stay very welcoming and warm. They were very helpful with pick up and drop off from and to the airport, the cleaners were very friendly and provided us with any additional essentials we may need for the day. The rooms are very spacious and clean, within walking distance to Laganas Beach and other tourist shops. A lovely breakfast every morning next to the pool&bar. A special thanks to all the staff! "

"One day there was no water at all for hours meaning no shower, bathroom tap, and the toilet would not flush!!! Disgusting to leave guests with no water. The surrounding hotels had water so not sure what went wrong. On the second day the maid took the towels and didn't replace them so I didn't have any clean towels in the room and there was nobody at reception to speak to. "Wonderful place in a beautiful setting. Came here for a family trip for a couple of days. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable as well as helpful with anything that we needed. Theyā€™re making continuous improvements on the property making it feel like an oasis.
