"It is poorly managed and run down place. Pro - Beach is 200m away after crossing open train tracks. Cons - Run down old house - next to the train tracks (last train at midnight and the first at 3am) the whole room will vibrate with noise. - consistent power cuts and they dont have back up power source ( temp was around 32c) - There was no AC remote in the room and was made to pay UDS 10 to get the remote or you can burn in the heat. "We arrived on Christmas Eve after a 7hr taxi journey, we were greeted with a welcome drink and very friendly staff. "No one in reception on our arrival (2pm). When shown to our room nothing was explained, ie, where and when to get breakfast, as I happens it was in the next hotel song. The pool shower was also in that hotel. In our room the a/c had only 2 positions, on and off, therefore at night either to hot or in a cold draft. And the shower drain was blocked!! "

"Hotel staff was extremely friendly and they took hospitality to the next level. One day they threw a seafood BBQ for us by the beach, the other day they made a fire pit directly on the beach. The hotel is clean and great for such a price. We had the whole beach for us. The only downside was that the area was not touristic and not much to do, we went to bentota for some fun and came back."
