"The property is good, clean and centrally located on the flat area 1 min from the ticket office. However there is no parking and it is not really obvious from the large underground car park (which is underneath the hotel and you can see it as you arrive) how to access the hotel - instructions could be provided. We had to wait 10 mins ringing the door bell and finally calling the manager for someone to let us in, the safe did not work in the room, and we were not expecting room 2 to be bunk...

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. It runs a breakfast and dinner buffet which is very reasonably priced (if you haven’t selected the half board option at booking) and good quality. The hotel says it offers parking but when we arrived there was none available in its car park . On street parking is possible at €12/day but getting a space nearby was challenging. "We used this hotel for an overnight stop on our way from Zaragoza to Almeria airport (picking someone up). Did not arrive till gone 9pm, but restaurant still open, had a great meal and some well deserved beers. Great find, very welcoming staff, everything in the room you would need and a great shower. Excellent value for money. Would use again if passing this way."

"Lanjaron is a little tired compared to other towns and villages we visited on our trip. Hotel was clean and tidy, new sealant around the bath required, suite brown (probably lovely in its day) but clean. Bed not great, we could feel the springs popping, not comfy and felt old. Decor plain and old fashioned. The outside was well maintained and a good size pool but we didn’t use. We paid for breakfast which was ok. Value for money, compared to other hotels on our trip, not great. "

"The Montblanc apartment was really close to the square/lifts. Comms ahead of arrival were fantastic."

"When I arrived at the accommodation, I called the owner. There was no reply. A car arrived and a woman came to assist me. She states that the owner was away and I could not access the accommodation. She very kindly gave me a lift to a neighbouring town where I found a hotel. "

"we booked for 5 nights for our ski trip to Sierra Nevada, it was a great base and Julie was the perfect host. It was much nicer than staying in the ski resort & the village is lovely too. Our room was big and we had a comfortable bed and good shower which is exactly what you need after a days skiing. We arrived late due to a flight delay but Julie was very understanding. We will definitely be back."

"We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. It was comfortable and the staff very welcoming. It runs a breakfast and dinner buffet which is very reasonably priced (if you haven’t selected the half board option at booking) and good quality. The hotel says it offers parking but when we arrived there was none available in its car park . On street parking is possible at €12/day but getting a space nearby was challenging. The hotel is cery close to the chair lift down into the centre of Pradollano and lift passes can be bought from the machine in the hotel reception. The decor is a little tired and dated but overall comfortable for a family trip. We are definitely considering a return trip"
