"The hotel is perfectly located near to the centre of Ordino. It is an older hotel and therefore don’t expect ultra modern, but it is very clean and comfortable, the staff are amazing and go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. the only thing that lets it down is the acoustics, we could hear the Roomes either side and above, although this didn’t disturb our sleep. "

"Horrible! Not at all like the photos! Terrible smell walking in, broken furniture, dirty sheet on the sofa. Yuck. Had we not checked in after hours, I would have left! Not at all what inexpected whem booking based on photos and discription. Very misleading!!! Dont stay here!"

"The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."

"Room was ok for our 2 nights, but would be small for longer stay of 4 persons. The biggest problem was access, we could not park near and even if we would have that opportunity, it would still mean to take all our baggage via 2 elevators plus stairs as it is built in steep hill. Receptionist was very friendly and went down to wait for us, otherwise we would not find it."

"We lived for 11 nights and everything was+/- ok. Everything is quite old. It is not 3*, could be max 2,5* Broken shower - which they fixed it after 3 days we asked, in a sink water did not go down, no heating and we get around with wet skiing boots. They found solution for 1 night to dry them up in other room. And for last 2 night we had heating in our room. Room was clean. But most interesting part starts before last night.
